LOGISTICS DIRECTOR

Job Description : LOGISTICS DIRECTOR KSA A leading Automotive Group in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking to appoint a highly experienced: Logistics Director Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred). * 10–15 years of progressive experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. * Minimum 5 years in a Director-level or equivalent executive leadership role. * Strong background in the automotive industry, particularly vehicle and spare parts logistics. * Proven expertise in managing 3PL providers, international freight, customs clearance, and end-to-end logistics operations. * Advanced knowledge of ERP, WMS, and TMS platforms. * Demonstrated leadership in developing logistics strategies, optimizing operational performance, and leading large, cross-functional teams. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Fluency in English is required. Key Responsibilities * Provide strategic leadership for all logistics operations across the Group. * Develop and execute the Group’s logistics strategy aligned with business objectives. * Oversee transportation, warehousing, customs clearance, and third-party logistics partners. * Drive operational excellence, cost optimization, service quality, and continuous improvement initiatives. * Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure world-class logistics performance. * Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing logistics teams across multiple business units. ????
