Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts effectively. Support performance management processes, including appraisals and development plans. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. Analyse HR metrics to provide insights and recommend improvements. The Successful Applicant A successful HRBP should have: Relevant educational qualifications in Human Resources or a related field. Proven expertise in HR practices within the business services sector. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Experience in talent management, employee engagement, and workforce planning. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Analytical skills to interpret HR data and provide actionable insights. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
