Job Description : Manager - Extrusion Blown Film Plant Design & Development KENYA • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical with 10-15 years of experience in the machine industry • 20+ years of experience in blown film extrusion, with proven expertise in plant design, process development, and project execution. • Strong knowledge of mono and multilayer blown film technology, polymer processing, equipment selection, and troubleshooting. • Demonstrated leadership, project management, analytical, and communication skills. • Lead blown film plant design, development, and expansion projects. • Manage equipment selection, installation, commissioning, and process optimization. • Drive new product development and improve film quality, productivity, and material efficiency. • Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Procurement, and external vendors. • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. • Lead and mentor the engineering and technical team.
