Key Requirements: • 20+ years of experience in the FMCG industry • Prior experience as CEO / COO / Business Head / Managing Director • Strong P&L ownership and business transformation experience • Expertise in Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Distribution • Experience across General Trade, Modern Trade, E-commerce and Exports preferred • MBA preferred
