Job Description : General Manager – Angola | Heavy Commercial Vehicles (HCV) A leading automobile dealership in Angola is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead its Heavy Commercial Vehicles (Trucks & Buses) business. ???? Qualification Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline. MBA is preferred. ???? Industry Preference Heavy Commercial Vehicles | Truck & Bus Dealership | Commercial Vehicle OEM | Automobile Distribution Key Responsibilities ? Drive overall business growth and profitability (P&L Ownership) ? Lead Sales, After Sales, Service, Parts, and Workshop Operations ? Develop dealer network and key customer relationships ? Execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue ? Manage budgeting, financial performance, and operational excellence ? Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality standards ? Build and lead high-performing cross-functional teams ? Liaise with OEMs, government authorities, and key institutional clients ? Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate governance Preferred Candidate Profile Proven leadership experience in Heavy Commercial Vehicle (Truck & Bus) dealerships. Strong expertise in Sales, After Sales, Dealer Operations, and Business Development. Demonstrated success in P&L management and business expansion. Experience working with leading HCV brands such as Tata Motors, Ashok Leyland, BharatBenz, Volvo Trucks, Scania, MAN, Daimler Trucks, Isuzu, Fuso, UD Trucks, Iveco, Renault Trucks, DAF, Mercedes-Benz Trucks, or similar. International or African market experience will be an added advantage. Excellent leadership, commercial, and stakeholder management skills. French language proficiency is highly preferred.
