Job Description : General Manager Projects – Mining (Namibia) We're Hiring: General Manager – Projects | Namibia A leading mining organization in Namibia is seeking an experienced General Manager – Projects to lead the successful delivery of large-scale mining and mineral processing projects from concept through commissioning. Key Responsibilities Lead project development, execution, construction, and commissioning activities. Manage EPC/EPCM contractors and multidisciplinary project teams. Drive project schedules, budgets, CAPEX, and risk management. Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with operations to achieve seamless project handover and operational readiness. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, government authorities, and local communities. Requirements Degree in Mining Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline. 15+ years of experience in mining project development and execution. Proven experience in greenfield and brownfield mining projects. Strong exposure to EPCM, construction management, and commissioning. Experience in Africa preferred. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen. Preferred Commodity Experience Copper | Gold | Uranium | Tin | Lithium | Iron Ore | Base Metals ???? Location: Namibia ????
