Job Description : GM – Finance & Accounts Location: Kenya / Egypt / East Africa (Any One Location) Industry: Pharmaceutical – Finished Formulations (FDF) A rapidly growing pharmaceutical company with a strong presence across Africa is looking for an experienced GM – Finance & Accounts to lead its finance function. The company markets over 80 pharmaceutical products and is establishing a state-of-the-art WHO/EU-compliant manufacturing facility with backward integration into APIs. Key Responsibilities Lead finance and accounting operations for the business. Manage project finance, budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting. Oversee costing, MIS, cash flow, and working capital management. Handle banking operations, treasury, and fund management. Ensure statutory compliance, financial controls, audits, and tax compliance. Support strategic business decisions through financial analysis and reporting. Candidate Profile CA/CMA qualification is mandatory. 10+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry. Strong expertise in Project Finance, Costing, Banking Operations, Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Treasury Management. Excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. International exposure or experience in African markets will be an added advantage.
