Job Description : Project Head – Integrated Cement Plant POLAND Open to International candidates looking for an experienced Project Head – Integrated Cement Plant to lead the end-to-end execution of a large-scale integrated cement plant project. The ideal candidate should possess a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and have 25+ years of experience in cement plant project execution, with a proven track record of successfully delivering 8,500+ TPD integrated cement plant projects. Candidates should be between 45 and 54 years of age. The role requires strong expertise in project planning, engineering coordination, procurement, construction, commissioning, contractor management, budget control, project scheduling, and cross-functional stakeholder management. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading greenfield and brownfield expansion projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and statutory compliance
