This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven leader to take full ownership of a retail channel's performance, profitability, and customer experience. Key Responsibilities: ? Own overall commercial performance and profitability of the retail business ? Develop and execute annual business plans, budgets, and sales strategies ? Lead day-to-day store operations, ensuring excellent standards across merchandising, pricing, and presentation ? Manage staffing, rotas, and payroll costs while maintaining service excellence ? Drive customer experience initiatives to boost loyalty, retention, and advocacy ? Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge What We're Looking For: ? Proven experience managing premium retail environments ? Strong track record in P&L and budget management ? Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills ? Experience with ERP/POS systems and retail KPI management ? Beverage, FMCG, or alcohol retail experience is a plus Location: Bahrain
