Role Description: The General Manager Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations across multiple facilities and service lines. The role includes planning and managing daily operational activities, optimizing workflows, and ensuring that service delivery meets agreed quality and safety standards. The General Manager Operations will lead and mentor teams, coordinate with clients, handle escalations, and maintain strong customer relationships. This position also involves preparing and managing budgets, monitoring costs, and driving operational efficiencies to meet financial targets. The role requires close collaboration with senior leadership to implement policies, track performance through KPIs, and support strategic initiatives that improve service quality and business growth. Qualifications: Strong General Management and Operations Management skills to oversee multi-site facilities and drive process efficiency. Proficiency in Team Management and Customer Service to lead diverse teams and maintain high client satisfaction. Experience in Budgeting and cost control to plan, monitor, and optimize operational expenditures. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities for working with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving, decision-making, and handling operational escalations under time-sensitive conditions. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Facilities Management, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications are an advantage. Prior experience in facilities management or a similar operational leadership role, preferably in a service-oriented environment. Comfort with using operational software, reporting tools, and MS Office for planning, analysis, and documentation.
