Job Description : General Manager – Operations & Administration GERMANY Open to International candidates Euro 180,000 -210,000 experienced and result-oriented professional to lead overall plant operations in a leading manufacturing organization. - Lead and optimize operations across Production, Purchase, Accounts, HR, Dispatch, Store, and Service. - Drive manufacturing excellence in Heavy Engineering, Heavy Fabrication, Machinery Manufacturing, and Machinery Assembly. - Improve productivity, quality, cost efficiency, inventory management, and dispatch performance. - Develop and implement SOPs, operational policies, and ensure statutory compliance. - Build strong procurement strategies and vendor relationships to optimize costs and strengthen the supply chain. - Mentor and lead department heads while fostering a collaborative, high-performance work culture. - Monitor financial performance, commercial compliance, and cost reduction initiatives. - Graduate/Post Graduate in Mechanical or Production Engineering. - 20–30 years of experience in Manufacturing, Heavy Engineering, Heavy Fabrication, or Machinery Manufacturing. - Proven leadership experience as a Factory Head, Plant Head, Operations Head, or General Manager.
