Job Description : CEO LOGISTICS BUSINESS ZAMBIA The CEO will be responsible for leading the logistics business with complete ownership of strategy, operations, profitability, and business growth. The role requires a commercially driven leader with strong expertise in fleet management, transportation operations, and organizational leadership. Key Responsibilities Lead the overall logistics and fleet management business with full P&L responsibility. Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence. Oversee fleet utilization, transportation operations, maintenance, route optimization, and customer service. Drive business development and expand relationships with key customers and strategic partners. Ensure effective management of finance, operations, HR, supply chain, and commercial functions. Establish performance metrics and drive continuous operational improvements. Build strong relationships with financial institutions, regulatory bodies, and key stakeholders. Present business performance and strategic plans to the Board of Directors. Lead organizational development and build a high-performance leadership team. Skills and Experience Candidate Profile 18–25 years of experience in logistics, transportation, fleet management, or supply chain. Proven experience in a CEO, Business Head, Country Head, COO, or General Manager role. Strong experience managing large fleet operations and transportation businesses. Demonstrated success in P&L management, business expansion, and operational transformation. Experience in fundraising, banking relationships, and strategic planning will be an advantage. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. MBA from a premier institute preferred. Experience working in Africa or emerging markets is highly desirable.
