FINANCE MANAGER

Job Description : Finance Manager | Dubai We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of multiple companies across Asia and Europe. The ideal candidate will bring strong international finance experience, proven leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage complex multi-entity and multi-jurisdictional financial structures. The role is based in Dubai and requires regular international travel. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and control the financial operations of multiple trading companies across Asia and Europe. • Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial performance. • Ensure compliance with international financial regulations, tax structures, and reporting requirements. • Establish and maintain strong financial governance, reporting systems, and internal controls. • Manage cross-border financial structures, intercompany transactions, and multi-entity financial arrangements. • Coordinate with finance teams and external advisors across different jurisdictions. • Liaise with auditors, banks, legal consultants, and tax advisors. • Conduct regular international visits to oversee and review financial operations. Requirements: • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. • Proven experience managing financial operations across multiple companies or legal entities. • Strong experience with cross-border financial structures, international compliance, and multi-jurisdictional reporting. • Experience in trading companies, international groups, or holding structures is highly preferred. • Professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, CPA, CMA, or CIMA is required. • Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. • Excellent command of English. • Willingness and ability to travel frequently. • Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai.
