Head – Maintenance
20 yearsJob Description : Head – Maintenance LNG / Oil & Gas -Nigeria The Head – Maintenance will be responsible for leading the Mechanical, Electrical, Reliability & Utilities Maintenance functions Across Greenville LNG's liquefaction plant, cryogenic Storage, LNG loading facilities & associated infrastructure. The Role Would be Accountable for Maximizing Plant Availability, Asset integrity, Operational Reliability & Maintenance Excellence While ensuring World-class HSE Performance. Key Responsibilities Develop & implement the Overall Maintenance strategy for the LNG facility. Lead Mechanical, Electrical & Utilities Maintenance teams. Ensure optimum reliability of compressors, Gas Turbines, Pumps, Heat exchangers, Cryogenic equipment, Storage tanks, loading systems & Pipelines. Drive Preventive, Predictive & Reliability-Centred Maintenance (RCM). Lead shutdowns, turnarounds & major overhauls. Implement Root Cause Analysis (RCA), FMEA & Asset Integrity Management. Manage Maintenance budgets, OEM contracts & Critical spare parts. Drive Continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant Availability & Reduce Maintenance Costs. Ensure Compliance with HSE, Statutory & environmental Standards. Develop & Mentor a High-Performing Maintenance Organization. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Master's Degree/MBA Preferred. Experience 18–25 years in LNG, Gas Processing, Petrochemical or Refinery Operations. Minimum 8 years in a Senior Maintenance leadership Role. Strong Experience with Rotating Equipment, Cryogenic Systems & Utilities.
