Job Description : Head – Instrumentation & Automation - LNG / Oil & Gas The Head – Instrumentation & Automation Would lead the Instrumentation, Control Systems, Automation & Process Control functions for Greenville LNG's liquefaction Plant, Cryogenic storage, LNG loading facilities & associated utilities. The role is responsible for ensuring high reliability, availability & integrity of all instrumentation, PLC, DCS, SCADA, SIS, Analyzers & field Automation Systems While Maintaining World-Class Standards of safety, operational excellence & regulatory Compliance. Key Responsibilities Lead the Instrumentation & Automation Function Across All LNG Plant facilities. Develop & Implement Preventive, Predictive & Reliability Maintenance Strategies. Ensure Maximum Availability & Reliability of All instrumentation, Control & Automation Systems. Manage Distributed Control System (DCS), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), SCADA, Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS), Emergency Shutdown Systems (ESD) & Fire & Gas Systems. Oversee Calibration, testing, Commissioning & troubleshooting of Field Instruments, Analyzers, Control Valves & Transmitters. Ensure Compliance with IEC, ISA, API, NFPA & international industry Standards. Lead Shutdown, Turnaround & Plant Commissioning Activities related to instrumentation & Automation. Drive Digitalization, Advanced process control & automation initiatives to improve plant Performance. Monitor instrumentation Reliability KPIs & implement continuous improvement programs. Manage Annual Maintenance Budgets, Contracts & OEM Relationships. Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA), failure investigations & corrective Action implementation. Develop Technical Procedures, maintenance Standards & Documentation. Ensure Availability of Critical Spares & Optimize inventory. Lead, Mentor & Develop a high-Performing Instrumentation & Automation Team. Collaborate Closely with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Projects, HSE & Reliability Teams. Education Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Experience 18–25 years of progressive experience in Instrumentation & Automation within LNG, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, Fertilizer or Process Industries. Experience in Greenfield, brownfield, commissioning & Operating Plants is highly preferred.
