Location: Nairobi, Kenya A leading plastics manufacturing company in East Africa is looking for an experienced Technical Commercial Manager to drive business growth while providing technical expertise across plastics and polymer products. This is a strategic leadership role combining technical knowledge with commercial excellence. Key Responsibilities: ? Drive business development and revenue growth ? Manage key customer relationships and strategic accounts ? Provide technical support on plastics materials and processing ? Prepare technical-commercial proposals and negotiate contracts ? Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to deliver customer-centric solutions Candidate Profile: ? 10 years of experience in Plastics Manufacturing / Polymer Processing industry ? Background in Polymer Engineering, Plastics Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related disciplines ? Strong experience in B2B technical sales, key account management, and commercial strategy ? Sound knowledge of plastics processing such as Injection Moulding, Blow Moulding, Extrusion, Thermoforming, or Rotational Moulding ? Excellent commercial negotiation and client relationship management skills ???? Open to Indian professionals currently working in Kenya or willing to relocate to Kenya
