Job Description : Sr. Vice President – Formulations (OSD & Injectables) Operations IRELAND Age Limit: Below 52 Years We are looking for a dynamic and accomplished leader to head Formulations Operations (OSD & Injectables) for a leading pharmaceutical organization. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in managing multiple manufacturing facilities, driving operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and business growth. Provide strategic leadership for Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) and Sterile Injectable manufacturing operations across multiple plants. Ensure world-class manufacturing practices with a strong focus on Quality, Compliance, Safety, Cost, Delivery, and Productivity. Drive operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives. Lead production planning, capacity optimization, resource utilization, and cost management. Ensure compliance with global regulatory standards including USFDA, MHRA, EU GMP, WHO GMP, ANVISA, TGA, and other international agencies. Partner with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and Commercial teams to achieve business objectives. Lead technology transfer, scale-up activities, and new product commercialization. Develop high-performing leadership teams and foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and employee engagement. Monitor manufacturing KPIs and implement strategic initiatives to improve plant performance. Support business expansion, greenfield/brownfield projects, and digital transformation initiatives. Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm (Mandatory) Experience: 25+ years in Formulations Manufacturing with significant leadership experience in OSD & Sterile Injectables Operations. Proven track record of successfully managing multiple manufacturing plants. Strong exposure to international regulatory audits and commercial manufacturing. Excellent leadership, strategic planning, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills. Experience in handling large teams and driving business transformation initiatives.
