We are seeking an experienced R&D Supervisor to join a leading meat production company in Qatar. ???? ???????????? ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????: ? Develop and improve meat and value-added food products ? Conduct product trials, formulation development, and shelf-life studies ? Lead R&D projects from concept to commercialization ? Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP) ? Collaborate with Production, QA/QC, Procurement, and Sales teams ? Supervise and mentor R&D staff and technicians ???? ????????????????????????????????????????????????: ? Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Meat Science, Biotechnology, or related field ? 15+ years of experience in food manufacturing or meat processing ? Strong knowledge of product formulation and food safety systems ? Experience in new product development and process optimization ? Excellent leadership, analytical, and project management skills
