Experience: 15–20 Years ???? Industry: Chemicals / Lubricants ???? Salary: AED 40,000–45,000/month ???? Key Responsibilities ???? Expand international markets & distributor network ???? Manage key distributors and strategic accounts ???? Achieve export sales targets and drive business growth ???? Lead and mentor global sales & marketing teams ???? Develop new customers and close high-value deals ???? Support regional office expansion ???? Present monthly business performance reports ???? Collaborate with technical teams on product innovation ???? Manage collections and customer credit ???? Represent the brand at international exhibitions & trade shows ? Ideal Candidate ? 15–20 years in international lubricants/grease export sales ? Proven success across Africa & CIS markets ? Strong distributor & channel management experience ? Team leadership and strategic planning expertise ? Excellent negotiation & relationship-building skills ? Fluency in English (Arabic, French or Russian is an advantage)
