Job Description : Head of Human Resources (HR Head) ???? Location: Dubai, UAE We are hiring an experienced Head of Human Resources for one of the leading real estate developers in the UAE. This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished HR leader to drive strategic HR initiatives, build high-performing teams, and partner with senior leadership in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the overall HR strategy aligned with business objectives. Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession planning, and employer branding. Oversee employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and HR operations. Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies. Drive employee engagement, organizational development, learning & development, and culture-building initiatives. Partner with business leaders on organizational design and change management. Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team while driving continuous process improvements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a senior HR leadership role. Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices. Proven experience in strategic HR leadership within large organizations. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in the real estate, construction, or property development industry will be a strong advantage. Why Join? ?
