Job Description : GM– Formulation & Development (EU Generic Products) GENERVA SWITZERLAND Open to International candidates lead the development of EU-compliant generic pharmaceutical products. Key Requirements ? 25 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Formulation & Development ? Hands-on experience in EU Market Product Development ? Strong expertise in Oral Solid Dosage (Tablets, Capsules, Granules, Coated Products) ? Experience with QbD, QTPP, CQA, CPP, CTD Module 3 & Technology Transfer ? Knowledge of EU GMP, ICH Guidelines & Regulatory Documentation ? Proven experience in commercial scale-up and process validation ? Leadership experience in managing cross-functional F&D teams Preferred ? Experience with EU regulated markets ? Bioequivalence-driven generic product development ? Technology transfer & site transfer projects
