Job Description : STRATEGIC SOURCING HEAD PAN ASIA 1.Spearheading the sourcing function and defining the roadmap for the sourcing strategy 2.Developing and implementing procurement strategies 3.Identifying procurement needs and establishing best-in-class sourcing strategies at the lowest total cost of ownership, developing vendors for better price, quality, delivery & increased volumes 4.New Supplier Development and Improving supplier capability & capacity to meet the business needs based on KPIs, 5. Conducting monthly supplier evaluation meetings, and maintaining the supply base that balances the volume 6. ZBC, NPD, Budgeting, Strategy Formulation, price negotiations, Preferred candidate profile 15+ Years Proven experience in strategic sourcing and procurement leadership within an Automotive OEM or Tier-1 supplier. • Strong commercial acumen with expertise in supplier negotiations, localization, and cost management. Ability to build high-performing supplier partnerships while driving quality, delivery, and innovation. Experience leading sourcing strategies across Globe and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
