Job Description : REMANUFACTURING HEAD DUBAI The ideal candidate brings in a minimum of 15 years of experience and has a proven record in manufacturing sector leadership. The candidate will possess deep expertise in manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality control preferably in the consumer electronics or high-tech sector. Required Qualifications: · Bachelors degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred. · Minimum of 15 years of experience in manufacturing leadership roles, with a proven track record of delivering results. · Demonstrated ability to build, lead and develop high-performance teams. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Excellent project management and organizational skills. · Experience in managing complex supply chains and global manufacturing operations. · Proven ability to drive operational excellence and cost reduction initiatives. · Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: · Master’s degree in business administration or a related field (optional). · Experience in the smartphone or consumer electronics industry. · Knowledge of automation and robotics in manufacturing. · Experience with ERP and supply chain management systems.
