Elevate organizational excellence by driving performance management systems and employee engagement programs. Oversee comprehensive corporate HR operations, international compliance mandates, and compensation & benefits portfolios. Requirements 12–18+ years of progressive professional experience within core human resources leadership roles. Mandatory MBA or MSW qualification specializing strictly in Human Resources. Strong professional preference for candidates with proven domain experience across Manufacturing, Mining, Infrastructure, Engineering, Automobile, or large diversified business groups.
