Job Description : PRODUCTION MANAGER UGANDA We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead end-to-end production operations for a leading printing & packaging company based in Uganda. Key Responsibilities: ? Production Planning & Scheduling ? Offset Printing & Packaging Operations ? UV Coating, Lamination & Die Cutting ? Quality Assurance & Process Improvement ? Team & Manpower Management ? Machine Performance & Maintenance Coordination ? Inventory & Material Control ? Production Reporting & KPI Management Requirements: ?? Diploma/Degree in Printing Technology, Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field ?? 10 years of experience in Commercial Printing or Packaging Industry ?? Strong knowledge of Offset Printing, UV Coating, Lamination, Die Cutting, Finishing & Packaging Operations ?? Experience in Mono Carton and Large Format Printing is an added advantage ?? Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
