MAINTENANCE AND PRODUCTION MANAGER

Job Description : MAINTENANCE AND PRODUCTION MANAGER NIGERIA Lead end-to-end production and maintenance operations in a beverage manufacturing plant. Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality, safety, and operational efficiency. Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment availability. Monitor production KPIs such as OEE, productivity, downtime, yield, and wastage, and drive continuous improvements. Manage machine breakdowns, root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Coordinate with Quality, Warehouse, Procurement, and Sales teams for smooth production planning and execution. Lead and mentor Production Supervisors, Maintenance Engineers, Technicians, and Operators. Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and equipment upgrades/commissioning. Drive Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen, and 5S initiatives to improve plant performance. Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and statutory regulations. Preferred Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Production Engineering. Minimum 10 years of experience in Beverage/FMCG Manufacturing. At least 5 years of managerial experience handling both Production and Maintenance. Hands-on experience in Beverage, Bottled Water, Carbonated Soft Drinks, Juice, or Dairy Manufacturing. Strong knowledge of Production Planning, Plant Maintenance, OEE, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, CAPA, and Preventive Maintenance. Experience working with SACMI, KHS, or Well-Being equipment is highly preferred. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills. Must be willing to relocate to Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). Candidates from anywhere in India are welcome to apply, provided they are open to international relocation.
