SENIOR HR MANAGER

Job Description : SENIOR HR MANAGER DRC The Senior Manager Human Resources will lead the end-to-end HR function for the company's operations in Congo, supporting large-scale construction and infrastructure projects. The incumbent will drive strategic HR initiatives, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, statutory compliance, and employee engagement while ensuring alignment with corporate HR policies and local labor regulations. The role requires managing a multicultural workforce comprising expatriate and local employees. Preferred candidate profile · MBA / Master's Degree in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or Industrial Relations. · · 15 to 22 years of progressive HR experience. · Minimum 5 years in a senior HR leadership role within the construction, infrastructure, EPC, or real estate industry. · Experience managing HR operations for large project sites and multicultural workforces. · International or African work experience is highly preferred.
