Job Description : VP HR FOR MANUFACTURING GERMANY Open to International candidates PGDM / MBA in HR or Equivalent (Mandatory) Lead the Manufacturing HR function for a large, Diversified Organisation With Multiple Plants & Business units. Drive People Strategy, Organisational Effectiveness, Talent Management, industrial Relations, Capability Building & Culture Transformation to Support Business growth, Productivity & Operational Excellence. Develop & Execute Manufacturing HR Strategy Aligned with Business Partner with Business Heads, Plant Heads & Leadership Teams Lead Workforce Planning, Manpower Productivity & Organisational Effectiveness Initiatives. Drive Performance Management Systems, Succession Planning & leadership Development. Strengthen Employee Engagement, Culture & Retention Across Plants. Lead Industrial Relations, Union Management & Statutory Compliance. Implement Compensation, Rewards & Recognition Frameworks for Manufacturing Operations. Drive Capability Building, learning & Development initiatives for Shop Floor, Technical & Managerial Talent. Support Operational Excellence, lean Manufacturing & Productivity improvement Programs. Lead Change Management, Organisation Transformation & Talent interventions During Growth, Expansion or Restructuring. Ensure Compliance with labour laws, HR Policies & Governance Standards . Engineering Graduate with PGDM / MBA from a Reputed institute. 20–25 years of Progressive HR experience in large Manufacturing Organisations. Proven Experience Managing HR for Multiple Plants, Business units & large Employee Populations. Strong Exposure to Industrial Relations, Talent Management, Organisation Development & HR Transformation. Experience in Chemical, Pharma, Specialty Chemicals, Agrochemicals, Manufacturing, Engineering or Process Industries Preferred. Demonstrated Ability to Work with Senior leadership & Drive Business-Focused HR initiatives. Strong Stakeholder Management, leadership & Execution Capabilities. Workforce Productivity Improvement Talent Retention & Leadership Pipeline Strength Employee Engagement Enhancement Industrial Relations Stability Organisational Capability Development HR Process Excellence & Compliance Support to Business Growth & Manufacturing Expansio
