Job Description : BUSINESS HEAD RETAIL APPAREL CARIBBEAN Experience: 18+ years of total work experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role or team management. Qualification: MBA Key Responsibilities: - Deliver business outcomes: turnover and profitability. - Ensure we deliver world-class customer experiences. - Drive expansion of business through new locations and eCom. eCom operations per se will be managed by the Marketing team. This person will need to own the business bits. - Think through the business from a 3-5 year perspective and draw up strategies accordingly; make our stores the place to go for customers, despite them having many options. - Inventory management, people management, and ops excellence would be some key elements.
