Job Description : Vice President – Strategic Asset Management (Power & Utilities) We're supporting a leading infrastructure investor in the search for a Vice President – Strategic Asset Management to oversee a portfolio of large-scale power and utility assets. Reporting to the executive leadership team, you'll be responsible for maximising asset performance and long-term value through governance, commercial strategy and portfolio optimisation, while working closely with shareholders, joint venture partners and senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Lead governance, performance and commercial oversight across a strategic infrastructure portfolio. - Drive value creation through asset optimisation, refinancing, commercial negotiations and strategic initiatives. - Monitor operational and financial performance, managing risk and identifying opportunities for improvement. - Support investment decisions, portfolio growth and new development opportunities. - Build relationships with shareholders, boards, joint venture partners and executive stakeholders. What We're Looking For: - 15+ years' experience within power, utilities, infrastructure or energy asset management. - Strong background in portfolio management, corporate governance and investment oversight. - Commercial expertise across project finance, financial modelling, refinancing and value creation. - Experience working with complex stakeholder and joint venture structures. - Degree in Engineering, Finance, Business or a related discipline; MBA/CFA advantageous.
