Job Description : SALES DIRECTOR CENTRAL AFRICA *Sales Director Beverages* *Compay:* Refriango *Location:* Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) *Industry:* Beverage Manufacturing (Soft Drinks | Juices | Bottled Water | Energy Drinks | Alcoholic Beverages) *Position Summary* We are seeking an experienced **Sales Director** to lead the commercial operations in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). The role is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market share, strengthening distributor networks, and leading high-performing sales teams. **French language proficiency is mandatory.** ## Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute the country sales strategy to achieve revenue, volume, and profitability targets. * Lead and develop Regional Sales Managers and field sales teams. * Manage General Trade, Modern Trade, Wholesale, and Key Accounts. * Strengthen distributor relationships and optimize Route-to-Market (RTM) strategy. * Drive market expansion, sales forecasting, pricing, and commercial planning. * Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and market trends to identify growth opportunities. * Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Production teams to ensure seamless execution. * Manage commercial budgets and ensure effective utilization of trade investments. ## Candidate Profile * Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (MBA preferred). * 12–18 years of FMCG sales experience, including at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role. * Mandatory experience in the Beverage Manufacturing industry. * Strong expertise in RTM, distributor management, General Trade, Modern Trade, Key Accounts, and commercial strategy. * Experience working in Africa, especially Francophone Africa, will be an advantage. ## Mandatory Requirements * **Fluency in French (Speaking, Reading & Writing) – Mandatory** * Good command of English. * Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. * Willingness to relocate to Kinshasa, DRC.
