Job Description : FACTORY MANAGER GHANA a leading manufacturer of carbonated drinks and juices based at Ghana. Key Responsibilities: Responsible to oversee the production operations or their respective line function. To oversee that manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organizing workflows. Should also be able to optimize day-to-day activities while minimizing the cost. To ensure that production processes deliver products of maximum quality in a profitable manner. Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance. Check production output according to specifications. Enforce strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards. Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Experience: 10+ years experience in CSD plant
