Role Highlights Lead investor relations and M&A strategy aligned with corporate growth roadmap Drive quarterly earnings communication, investor presentations, and disclosures Build strong relationships with FIIs/FPIs, mutual funds, family offices, and investment banks Ensure compliance with SEBI (LODR) and Companies Act regulations Ideal Candidate: 15 to 20 years in Investor Relations in listed Indian Co.s with global operations Strong grasp of SEBI regulations, governance, and valuation analysis Exceptional communication and executive presence
