Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering (PMP/PgMP preferred) L&T Energy Offshore Wind is looking for an experienced Project Director to lead the EPCIC execution of large-scale 2 GW HVDC Offshore Converter Station projects for global clients. The role involves end-to-end leadership across engineering, procurement, fabrication, offshore installation, commissioning, commercial management, and stakeholder engagement across India, Sharjah, Malaysia, and the North Sea. Key Requirements: * 20–25+ years of experience in Offshore Wind, HVDC, or Offshore Oil & Gas EPCIC projects. * Proven delivery of major offshore capital projects, preferably in the North Sea or for European transmission operators. * Strong expertise in project execution, marine logistics, fabrication, commercial management, and HSE.
