Job Description : Head of Facilities Location: Saudi Arabia Riyadh Employment Type: Full-Time:Head of Facilities We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Facilities to lead our Facilities Management operations across a diverse portfolio of assets. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, optimize asset performance, ensure compliance with industry standards, and lead high-performing teams to deliver safe, efficient, and sustainable facilities management services aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute facilities management strategies, drive operational excellence and continuous improvement, establish best practices, and optimize long-term asset performance in line with business objectives. Facilities Operations Oversee Hard and Soft FM services across multiple sites, ensuring the reliable operation of MEP, HVAC, BMS, and critical building systems. Lead maintenance programs, manage support services, and monitor KPIs to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality facilities operations. Asset & Maintenance Management Asset & Maintenance Management: Develop asset lifecycle strategies, optimize maintenance through CAFM/CMMS systems, and analyze performance data to improve reliability, efficiency, and cost control. Project & Capital Works Projects & Capital Works: Lead refurbishment, fit-out, and capital projects from planning to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and operational standards. Financial Management Financial Management: Manage operating and capital budgets, optimize costs and resources, monitor financial performance, and ensure effective procurement and budget compliance Vendor & Contract Management Vendor & Contract Management: Oversee procurement, contract negotiations, and vendor management, ensuring service providers meet contractual obligations, SLAs, and performance standards. Health, Safety & Compliance Health, Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, HSE standards, and Civil Defense requirements while promoting a culture of safety, risk management, business continuity, and operational excellence. People LeadershipLead, mentor, and develop high-performing facilities teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, continuous learning, and organizational growth. Stakeholder Management Build strong relationships with executive leadership, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service delivery, effective communication, and strategic oversight of facilities operations. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field. Minimum 15 years of Facilities Management experience, including 7 years in a senior leadership role.
