A leading business group is looking for an exceptional Group Head – Security to lead enterprise-wide security operations across a diversified portfolio comprising commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality assets. This is a strategic leadership opportunity for a seasoned security professional with proven expertise in corporate security, risk management, crisis response, and technology-driven security solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement enterprise-wide security strategy, policies, and SOPs. Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and corporate security requirements. Lead security risk assessments, audits, vulnerability analysis, and mitigation planning. Oversee physical security, electronic surveillance, access control, and emergency preparedness. Drive crisis management and business continuity plans for fire, theft, terrorism, natural disasters, and other critical incidents. Manage outsourced security agencies, technology partners, and internal security teams across multiple locations. Implement AI-enabled, IoT-driven, and smart security technologies to enhance operational effectiveness. Liaise with law enforcement agencies, government authorities, and key internal stakeholders. Manage security budgets, optimize resource deployment, and improve operational efficiencies. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing security organization with a strong culture of vigilance and accountability. Ideal Candidate Retired Armed Forces or Police Services officer preferred (Brigadier, Colonel, DIG or above). 20+ years of professional experience, including 8–10 years in senior leadership roles managing multi-location security operations. Strong expertise in corporate security, regulatory compliance, and enterprise risk management. Proven experience in crisis management, investigations, emergency response, and security governance. Sound understanding of modern security technologies, surveillance systems, access control, AI-enabled monitoring, and IoT-based security solutions. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Experience in real estate, commercial developments, retail, hospitality, or mixed-use assets will be a significant advantage.
