Job Description : Sr General Manager/Vice President Place of Posting: GCC (UAE/Oman/KSA/Bahrain) Age: 45 to 49 years Qualification: Graduate Engineer (Mechanical/Automobile) Total years of Exp: 23 to 26 years Target Industry: Automobile (Passenger car segment preferred) PURPOSE: To provide strategic leadership for the Group Parts business by formulating and executing business strategies, driving business development initiatives, strengthening principal and stakeholder relationships, directing parts planning and procurement, optimizing inventory and supply chain performance, and ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, operational excellence and exceptional customer satisfaction. Area of Responsibility 1 - Strategy & Business Leadership - Develop and implement the Group Parts strategy aligned with corporate objectives. - Drive business growth, profitability, and market share through strategic initiatives. - Establish annual budgets, business plans, and performance targets. - Identify new business opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives. - Lead organizational transformation and promote operational excellence. Area of Responsibility 2 - Parts Operations & Supply Chain - Provide oversight of parts planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing and distribution. - Ensure optimum inventory levels while minimizing ageing and obsolete stock. - Strengthening supplier and principal relationships to improve parts availability and service levels. - Drive supply chain efficiency, inventory optimization, and cost management. - Ensure compliance with company policies, principal standards and statutory requirements. Area of Responsibility 3 - Governance, Performance & Stakeholder Management - Monitor business performance through KPIs, dashboards and management reviews. - Provide strategic guidance to business units and mentor senior leadership teams. - Build strong relationships with principals, key customers and internal stakeholders. - Drive performance improvement, risk management and organizational capability development. - Present business performance and strategic recommendations to Executive Management.
