Chief Accountant

Job Description : Chief Accountant Location: Oman Salary : 700 - 800 OMR(1,75000-2,00000 INR) Experience:8-10 years Area of experience : FMCG mandatory * Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. * Prepare and analyze MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports. * Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. * Monitor product costing, inventory valuation, and cost control. * Manage accounts receivable, payable, cash flow, and working capital. * Ensure timely reconciliation of bank, customer, vendor, and inventory accounts. * Supervise payroll processing and statutory compliance. * Ensure compliance with financial policies, accounting standards, and audit requirements. * Optimize ERP financial processes and maintain strong internal controls. * Support management with financial analysis and business performance insights. * Lead, train, and mentor the finance team. Requirements CA / CMA / MBA Finance. * 810 years of accounting experience, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution. * Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, costing, and working capital management. * Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics ERP or similar ERP systems. * Advanced MS Excel and financial analysis skills. * Strong leadership, analytical, and communication abilities.
