Job Description : COO VIETNAM A leading global integrator is seeking an exceptional President and Chief Operating Officer to spearhead the operational transformation and scaling of its rapidly expanding international organisation based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This pivotal executive role offers you the opportunity to shape a world-class platform for estimating, engineering, drafting, and technical services, driving measurable execution of the CEO’s vision while fostering accountability, alignment, and operational excellence across all business functions. Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee a workforce of 200+ employees, strengthen leadership and operational processes, and drive execution of the company's growth strategy. Key Responsibilities Partner with the CEO to execute strategic and operational priorities. Lead and align teams across Operations, Engineering, Project Management, Finance, HR, IT, and Customer Success. Build scalable systems, processes, and leadership structures to support future growth. Drive accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the organization. Manage forecasting, resource planning, and cross-functional collaboration. Lead international teams and ensure strong customer satisfaction. What You Bring 10+ years of senior leadership experience, preferably as a President or COO. Experience leading large, multi-functional teams in high-growth organizations. Strong operational, financial, and people leadership skills. Excellent English communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience working with international teams and cross-cultural environments. Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is an advantage. Background in engineering, technical services, construction, manufacturing, or similar service-based industries is preferred.
