Job Description : Manufacturing Head (Plastic Injection Molding ) POLAND Open to International candidates Experience-18 years + Industry: - Automobile Industry Qualification- CIPET / BE Mechanical / Diploma Mech Job Description: - Implementation and establishing a company's quality procedures, standards and specifications ? reviewing customer requirements and making sure they are met ? working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers ? setting standards for quality as well as health and safety ? making sure that manufacturing or production processes meet Customer needs and national standards ? looking at ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency ? defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff ? setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures ? monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports ? making suggestions for changes and improvements and how to implement them ? using relevant quality tools and making sure managers and other staff understand how to improve the business ? Making sure the company is working as effectively as possible to keep up with competitors. ? Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes; measuring production; documenting evidence; determining operational and performance qualification; writing and updating quality assurance procedures ? Planning of new projects through the APQP to meet the customer SOP time line. ? On Time Development of parts & Cost finalizationand manage Engineering Change Note. ? Manufacturing feasibility, project kick off & finalization with Customer/supplier. ? Define the CTQ parameters w.r.t. customer drawing/fitment purpose. ? Technical cross discussion for injection process, development of Moulds & Tools, jig etc. ? MIS preparation & timely reviews with CFT & Sr. Management. ? VA/VE in customer parts/tools/processes to enhance cost saving/quality improvement etc. ? Develop New Relation Gauge concept, Checking Fixture, Jig & validation. ? Successful implementation of Poka Yoke in existing & new projects. ? Analysis of PFMEA & find out the root cause with countermeasure.
