Job Description : Team Leader – R&D NETHERLANDS Open to International candidates ???? Qualification Ph.D. / M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry or Synthetic Organic Chemistry ????????? Experience 10–20 Years (Pharmaceutical API R&D) Key Responsibilities ?? Lead and mentor Team Leaders and Research Chemists. ??Plan and execute complex multi-step API synthesis projects. ??Design and develop innovative synthetic routes. ??Optimize reaction conditions for improved yield, purity, and scalability. ??Interpret analytical data using NMR, LC-MS, HPLC, GC-MS, IR, and HRMS. ??Troubleshoot synthetic chemistry challenges and provide technical solutions. ??Ensure compliance with laboratory safety, GLP/GMP, and quality standards. ??Collaborate with Analytical R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Production, and other cross-functional teams. ??Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. ??Review scientific literature and patents to identify innovative methodologies. ??Prepare Product Development Reports (PDR) and respond to regulatory queries.
