Job Description : Chief Operating Officer (COO) A leading organization is looking for a dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to drive enterprise-wide operations, business transformation, and operational excellence. ???? Location: Mumbai ???? Experience: 20–25 Years ???? CTC: Up to ?1.5 Crore ???? Preferred Background: FMCG | FMCD Key Responsibilities: ?? Lead end-to-end operations across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Projects, Quality, and Customer Fulfilment. ?? Drive operational excellence, Lean Manufacturing, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. ?? Optimize productivity, profitability, working capital, and overall business performance. ?? Build a resilient supply chain and enhance customer service and dealer experience. ?? Lead enterprise-wide transformation, digital initiatives, and business excellence programs. ?? Develop high-performing teams and partner closely with the MD & CEO to drive strategic growth. Ideal Candidate: ? 20–25 years of leadership experience with at least 10 years in senior operations roles. ? Proven track record of leading large manufacturing and supply chain businesses with P&L responsibility. ? Strong expertise in operational transformation, cost optimization, productivity improvement, and organizational scaling. ? Board-facing leadership experience with excellent stakeholder management skills. ? Engineering degree from a reputed institution; MBA preferred.
