Job Description : Head of Strategy for a Retail Brand. UAE Hiring Immediately. A leading fashion group operating across multiple product lines, retail channels, and international markets. The company is investing in a structured Business Operations function to strengthen cross-functional coordination, operational discipline, and data-driven decision-making as it scales. Strategy Lead will be the on-ground architect of this capability. Reporting to a remote Business Operations Lead, this role owns the setup and operation of an office that drives execution across a portfolio of interconnected transformation and operational improvement initiatives. The role requires equal fluency in strategic thinking and ground-level delivery, translating priorities into structured plans, building governance where none exists, coordinating across departments with competing priorities, and creating accountability mechanisms that stick. This is not a reporting or tracking role. It is a leadership position that requires building credibility with senior stakeholders, navigating the dynamics of a founder-led organisation, and delivering measurable operational improvement.
