Job Description : FLEET MANAGER (HEAVY TRUCKS) ???? Location: Central Africa Key Responsibilities ? Manage heavy truck fleet operations and utilization ? Oversee preventive & breakdown maintenance ? Lead driver management and fleet compliance ? Monitor fuel efficiency and operating costs ? Optimize routes and dispatch planning ? Ensure vehicle safety, licensing & regulatory compliance Requirements ? 8–15 years of fleet management experience ? Experience managing heavy commercial trucks ? Strong knowledge of fleet maintenance & transport operations ? Hands-on experience with GPS, Telematics & Fleet Management Systems ? Excellent leadership and analytical skills
