Key Responsibilities ?? Develop and execute the overall sales and marketing strategy to achieve business objectives. ?? Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share across therapeutic portfolios. ?? Lead, mentor, and inspire nationwide sales and marketing teams. ?? Identify new business opportunities, product launches, and market expansion strategies. ?? Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, healthcare professionals, distributors, and business partners. ?? Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to drive strategic decisions. ?? Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Medical, Regulatory, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations. ?? Monitor KPIs, budgets, forecasting, and overall commercial performance. Requirements -Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related discipline. -15+ years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Minimum 5 years in a senior commercial leadership role such as GM, Marketing Director, Commercial Director, or Head of Sales & Marketing. -Proven success in leading nationwide sales and marketing operations. Strong strategic planning, people leadership, business development, and P&L management experience. -Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
