Job Description : CEO DRC The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide strategic leadership and overall management of the company's luxury retail business operations in Congo and the West African region. The role is responsible for driving business growth, enhancing brand positioning, maximizing profitability, expanding market presence, and ensuring world-class customer experience across all retail channels. The CEO will lead the organization in achieving sustainable growth while maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence and luxury brand values. MBA or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field. 25 to 30 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury retail, premium brands, fashion, lifestyle, jewelry, cosmetics, watches, or high-end consumer products. Minimum 5 years in senior leadership roles such as CEO, COO, Business Head, Country Head, or Retail Director. Strong understanding of luxury retail operations, merchandising, brand management, and customer experience. Experience in Africa, Middle East, or emerging international markets will be highly preferred. Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities.
