Job Description : COO UAE Global Farms UAE is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and drive our diversified agribusiness operations. This is an executive leadership opportunity for a strategic professional with a proven track record in managing large-scale agricultural businesses, driving operational excellence, and delivering sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities: ???? Lead end-to-end agricultural operations across multiple farming and agribusiness projects. ???? Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business objectives. ???? Drive profitability, operational efficiency, and productivity across all business units. ???? Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams while fostering a high-performance culture. ???? Oversee crop production, farm operations, supply chain, quality, and operational planning. ???? Manage budgets, KPIs, risk management, and business performance. ???? Ensure compliance with local regulations, health & safety, and sustainability standards. ???? Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and continuous improvement. Requirements: ? Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agricultural Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred). ? 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in agriculture, farming, food production, or agribusiness. ? Proven experience managing large-scale farming operations and multiple business units. ? Strong commercial, financial, and operational acumen with P&L management experience. ? Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills. ? Experience working in the GCC or international agribusiness environment will be an advantage.
