Group Head of People

Job Description : Group Head of People & Culture Based in Bali, Indonesia We’re seeking an exceptional Group Head of People & Culture to lead the people strategy across NIHI Hotels Indonesia. Reporting to the Managing Director, this executive leadership role will shape organisational capability, leadership development and culture as we enter our next phase of growth - while preserving the authenticity, warmth and spirit that define NIHI. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of senior People & Culture leadership experience, preferably within luxury hospitality or premium service industries, with expertise in organisational development, executive recruitment, leadership development, succession planning, performance management and Indonesian labour legislation. Experience leading People & Culture across multiple properties and partnering with executive leadership teams is essential.
