Expand fleet and key account business while increasing market share ? Deliver operational excellence, profitability, and customer satisfaction ? Build and lead high-performing cross-functional teams Candidate Profile ? 15–20+ years of experience in the Automobile Industry ? 8–10+ years in senior leadership roles within Heavy Commercial Vehicles ? Strong dealership management experience is mandatory ? Experience with brands such as or similar OEMs ? International or African market experience will be a strong advantage ? Portuguese language skills are preferred
