Plant & Equipment Manager

Job Description : Plant & Equipment Manager / PMV Manager – KSA ???? We are looking for an experienced Plant & Equipment Manager / PMV Manager to manage heavy equipment operations for construction and ground engineering projects. ???? Location: KSA ???? Salary: SAR 18,000 – 25,000 (Exceptional candidates up to SAR 30,000) Key Requirements: ?? Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field ?? Minimum 10 years of experience in Plant & Equipment Management ?? Minimum 5 years of managerial experience managing large equipment fleets ?? Experience in construction, piling, ground improvement, geotechnical, or infrastructure projects ?? Strong knowledge of heavy equipment: ?? Cranes ?? Piling rigs ?? Excavators ?? Loaders ?? Generators ?? Ground improvement equipment ?? Strong experience in equipment maintenance, asset management, and cost control ?? Ability to develop maintenance procedures, SOPs, and operational standards ?? Experience managing maintenance teams, workshops, and site equipment operations ?? Strong troubleshooting knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems Preferred Experience: ?? Middle East project experience ?? Experience with major equipment brands such as Liebherr, Bauer, Caterpillar, Doosan, Hitachi, XCMG, Junttan, BSP, Yutong, and similar brands
